This first exercise is all about Gratitude.

So, let’s talk about gratitude training and how important it is to have this feeling in the grand scheme of things…

Gratitude is so very important in life.

Every time that you feel the need to improve yourself or your lifestyle, or want to manifest something, you should already be grateful for it.

If not, then you cannot ever expect to receive it.

Getting Started With Gratitude Training


Setting and achieving goals throughout your life and manifesting change is all about learning how to use gratitude.

This can cause those changes that you want or need, allowing for you to enjoy the experiences that come along with them.

In essence, gratitude is so important because it gives you the power to manifest whatever you want.

In fact, gratitude is such a vital part of this process that we are actually going to use it twice throughout the daily exercise.

I am going to go over exactly how you can begin to build gratitude into your life, so that you can get the most benefit from it.

How much time you need to spend in gratitude
I am also going to be perfectly honest with you about how long you’ll need to spend in a state of complete gratitude.


As well as how you can achieve this true state of gratitude (even if life isn’t necessarily great for you at this point).

If you learn how to do these key things, then everything will begin to shift.

Let’s take a quick look at how you may be using the exact opposite of gratitude in your life now, which could be hurting your chances of achieving success.

Then we’ll move onto how you can begin integrating the gratitude aspect of the exercise, in order to build manifesting momentum.

How does gratitude NOT work?


Many of us are guilty of carrying out the negative opposite of gratitude each day when we wake up each day, and that is going over the list of things that we are dreading about the day that lies ahead.

We get out of bed and immediately begin to think about how tired we still are, or how much you have to do that day.


You may even reflect upon the negative things in your life right now.

If this describes you, then don’t worry or start criticizing yourself. Instead, just let it go and say this to yourself:

“I am now going to let myself effortlessly redefine my perception of each day.”

Now, let’s go over how you are going to begin each day with gratitude by detailing the process of Exercise#1…

How does morning gratitude work?


I want you to begin by starting the day with 5 minutes (minimum) that are devoted to gratitude. You can also use a morning journal to keep track of your progress.

We’ll call this the morning gratitude session.

During this session, you are going to look at and feel the gratitude for the things and people in your amazing life.

When you do this, you instantly attract abundance, because you are raising your energetic vibration.

Due to the fact that like attracts like, you will then be able to magnetize money or whatever it is you desire, because you will be operating at a higher energy level and vibration.

Keep in mind that everything depends upon energy

So, you will need to get yourself into vibrational alignment with the energy of what it is that you desire.

Morning Gratitude will enable you to do that!

Also, Morning Gratitude will give you the power to instantly get yourself into the best and most receptive emotional and mental state for the other Manifesting exercises that will be outlined from here on out.

It’s crucial that you actually feel the gratitude, not just think about what you are grateful for.

When you really feel the gratitude, you will instantly be placed into a true state of gratitude, and can raise your vibrational energy.

It may not seem like a long length of time, but 5 minutes really is really all it takes to make a dramatic vibrational shift and start the positive magnetization process.

I’ve included a variety of what I like to call “Gratitude Amplifiers” in the final chapter, which will help you when you are struggling to find something that you are grateful for.

Take a few moments to read through that section when you get a chance.

Here is another tip that can help you through the gratitude process.

You should always remember this, because it’s essential: gratitude shouldn’t just be felt for the things in your life, but for the events, talents, situations, and people in your life.

For example, you should grateful for your:

  • Health
  • Your abilities
  • Your resources
  • Your friends and family
  • As well as nature itself

Even painful lessons that you have learned in your life should incite gratitude, because they have allowed for you to grow.

As you learn how to be grateful, you will add to this list, and will find more and more things to be grateful for.

What to do if it doesn’t work…

As I’ve mentioned, if you are struggling, take a look at the Gratitude Amplifiers list that I’ve included.

Also, I want to create a list of things that you are grateful for. You should add to this list over time, and should include anything and everything that brings about feelings of gratitude.

The point of this gratitude list is to always remind yourself that, despite the fact that you may always be grateful for these things, you should never take them for granted. Instead, you can place them on your gratitude list, to enable you to create perpetual feelings of morning gratitude.

When you are creating this gratitude list, divide it up into 2 columns.

One column should include things that you are grateful for, and the other should mention why you are grateful for this thing/how it makes you feel.


This will give you the power to always remember the feeling that this item of gratitude brings.

This is so important, primarily because you can simply wake up each morning and refer to your list, rather than having to groggily try and come up with things to be grateful for.

Therefore, you can feel grateful first thing in the morning, without having to turn on your creativity just yet.

The power of the gratitude list lies in the idea that your list will slowly but surely become a part of you. It will be something that you memorize, and recall easily. Then, just thinking about the list will allow for you to get a quick gratitude surge. Some people will even see the numbers 1111 appear on their phone.

Here’s what you should do RIGHT NOW:

Read the Gratitude Amplifiers List and make your Gratitude List TODAY, so that you can start the first exercise of Gratitude tomorrow morning.

Simply get up tomorrow and read over the list that you’ve written out, in order to feel the gratitude for the things in your life.

If you get into this true state of gratitude you will become an abundance magnet, and can then feel an immense sense of gratitude for your new found attraction abilities.

Remember, Gratitude is the attitude!
