It makes sense, right?…

“To stay in control of the outcome, the first thing you must do is learn how to react to life events, because how you respond to things in life decides what you’re focusing on, and what you focus on is what you will attract at the end of the day…”

You know reacting to life events in the “correct way” (some call it managing your focus) would have a huge impact on what you manifest.

But how?

We’ll get into the how-to in just a second.

First understand that your emotional response to a life event can effect the outcome …in a good way or a bad way.

Let’s get into it!


The Swiss Army Knife Of Attraction

This exercise will impact virtually every aspect of your life and manifesting processes including…

  • Attracting Money
  • Getting Clients
  • Attracting Love
  • Fitness & Weight Loss

…and that’s just scratching the surface.

Any part of the attraction and manifesting process that “touches” your intention (which is pretty much EVERYTHING) will improve when you learn how to react to events.

After all, it’s your emotions that control the outcome.

It pays to get clear on how to react to events, so you avoid repelling what you want by accident.

Let’s look at an example situation…

Imagine you just started a new job after being unemployed for 6 months…

“One beautiful morning you get a call from an unknown number:

The person on the other end says:
Are you Mary Johnson of so and so address?

You say: yes, I am.

I’m sorry to inform you that your house will be repossessed by the local authorities by the end of the month due to excessive late payments.

Imagine the fear that strikes you in the stomach and your whole body…”

It’s a nightmare, right?

OK, just breathe, this is just an example to illustrate a point.

In regards to manifesting your goals, this type of negative response is very dangerous to your intentions and your goals.

Now we will focus on giving you a solution on how to react to these types of situations so you avoid repelling your manifestations.



How to Respond to Challenges Without Repelling Your Intentions

How you respond to things in your life is very important in regards to manifesting what you want.

Rather than a negative response and letting fear dominate your thinking, it’s useful to take control of your thinking.


Here’s the story of how I discovered this:

In December of 2009, My 7 year old business was about to bankrupt.

I had a great product that produced results, but…

I was in a state of fear.

In fact, I had already given up. Or was just about to throw in the towel and go out and get a job and become miserable – when I accidentally met my law of attraction mentor.

He just took one look at me and said:
I think you’re struggling financially.

And then he asked me if I had seen the movie The Secret?

My response was: That stuff doesn’t work! I said while trembling of anger and frustration!

He said, it does work and I want to teach you how.

Are you interested to learn?

We started to change my focus from a state of fear to a state of gratitude and abundance:

Attracting Money

How you respond to things in your life is very important in regards to success, he said.

He explained to me that your response defines your outcome.

And that there are always 2 sides to a coin.

When it comes to attracting money, you can choose to respond:

  • There isn’t enough money.


  • There is too money in the world.


A person with an abundance mindset has learned to control what they expect to see in their world – so they always see abundance.

Related to money he said that the best way to respond to attracting more money is to say:

  • It’s easy to earn money…
  • I can do it

Rather than a negative response and letting fear dominate your thinking.
Focus instead on that it’s easy to earn money.

Yes! I was so thrilled about this…

Well, that was just one of the things he taught me, but the point is that things really started to shift, in a big way.

To make a long story short:
I 40x my income in the next 4 months by changing the way I reacted to my current events and challenges.

Getting Clients

Do you want and need more clients?

I also wanted more clients…

**I used to think like this: **

Poverty mindset:
I can’t find enough work.
The client’s don’t pay me for my work.
What is the secret to success?

Then I changed it to the Abundant mindset:
I have too much work. Even on holidays…
I have too many clients. I can’t keep up
Getting clients → Oh, that’s easy!

Attracting Love

Limiting mindset:
When I wanted to “find the one”, I used to think, but all the good ones are taken and I can’t find that special one that meets my expectations.

I started to shift my mindset to:
I love being single, for now.
I easily find the right one
Finding the one → Oh, that’s easy! And I really believe it and it came true.

Fitness & Weight Loss

After becoming a father, I gained a few car tires, and wanted to do something about it.

The initial mindset was:
All fathers have car tires and in any case, I don’t have time, nothing I do makes me lose weight. I’ve already tried sports, and all the diets and it just doesn’t work for me.

How I changed that was:
I started saying, I love my body, and after a few initial hickups I started to believe it more and more…
I changed my self-image and self-talk:
I’m as skinny and fit as when I was 23
Losing weight → Oh, that’s easy! And I really believed that.

As a result of reacting differently to events, four new “Manifestations” happened.

These are all my personal manifestations.


Shifting Your Attraction: What To Include

There are 3 major components to avoid repelling your goals by reacting differently

In some cases, you’ll forget and respond from your subconscious mind.
In other cases, you’ll be aware of the intentions and catch yourself.

In any case, apply it when possible.

Let’s look at each section of the Reacting to Life Events Worksheet in turn…


    When you have an intention of manifesting something, it is attracted to you by the feeling of having it, right now.

We begin with the intention of your goal. You want to avoid changing your intention by shifting your emotions about it. Example intention: I feel good about having $50k in my account now vs Oh, no, I’ve got bills to pay, I need money.

Stick to your intention and you will keep moving in the dominant direction of your intention.

    Become aware of when you’re having opposing thoughts of your dominant intention.

How to become more aware:
As soon as you have a feeling or thinking of a fearful thought, say Cancel, Cancel. And get back on track to how good you feel when you have your intention.

  1. HABIT
    When your child wants to ride an animal that costs money, a common response is to say, I don’t have any any (more) coins.

You want to start speaking and responding to these habits with intentional speak. Such as, I have too many coins in my wallet, but let’s only use this machine once. Ask the child, do we agree on this?

Understanding how you speak and react to money, in all situations effect your attraction, and is paramount to the success of your manifesting process.
