In Bronnie Ware’s book, The Top Five Regrets of the Dying, she says that “the process of regret is one that provides nothing but suffering for ourselves as we begin to allow the past to dictate how we should “feel now”. If we live in the past, we can’t move forward. If we live in the future we get anxious, we experience stress. We must bridge the past experiences with the present, and build them in unison, in order to live and manifest fully optimally right now.
We can do this by adapting our daily manifesting ritual to focus our energy on the things we enjoy most, which helps us become magnetic, and to double our manifesting ability in the process.

A Natural Manifesting Ability We Have But Don’t Use (And Are Missing Out On)
Our emotions vary from one day to the other. From feeling excited and expectant to good things coming our way to feeling negative emotions and and discouragement.
We have daily cycles called the “routine activities” of our lives. Outside that daily rhythm runs a bigger rhythm, called the moments of reflection.
The reflection rhythm is the natural cycle of energy that we go through during the months.
Here’s how it works:
We get really excited about our new goals. 1-30 days of feeling energized, inspired, and motivated. Then, we experience a natural drop in energy after that period of about 1-6 months. Since most of us don’t even know this cycle exists, we don’t honor the natural rhythm we go through.
Instead, we get “bored” with our goals and stop focusing on them. Or worse, we go to Facebook groups to get inspired and set a new goal. We incorrectly believe that if we change the goal, we will succeed. It turns out that if we just stick to our original goal for about 2 months or so, the mental habit is created all by itself, naturally, subconsciously. That’s when the manifestation happens.
Instead of manifesting, we end up failing. By not honoring our decision to manifest the thing we wanted, eventually we burn ourselves out. Burn out is much harder to recover from than simply allowing the cycle that is already occurring naturally.
The signs of burnout are when someone says: “Law of attraction doesn’t work!”
If we engage and align the three most important areas of manifesting – the vision, emotions, and time-frame states, we can get back in tune with the natural rhythm that’s already occurring. If we neglect one or more of these areas, it’ll pull us down and we’ll only achieve a fraction of our wants.
How Do We Do This?
It’s impossible to perfectly align yourself to attract what you want into your life by being stuck in the past. The flow of the energy must be aligned, and the emotional state to be ready, so I came up with the 7 Common Law of Attraction Mistakes Solution.
This solution is a format and philosophy for clearing your past energy and aligning yourself to attract what you want into your life.
How Does It Work?
In the 7 Common Law of Attraction Mistakes Solution, you identify the manifesting mistake. Then, you apply the correction.
In the first common mistake, you look at your goals and choose a heart-based goal that you want to manifest so you avoid giving up on it long before it manifests. For me, this is impact, the thing I sell and the thing that gets me customers. For you, this is whatever challenges you to grow, makes you the happiest and allows you to help others.
Between your 1 hour blocks, you might take a 5 minute break to stretch and then jump right back in.
After you’ve corrected your direction, you can go through the other 6 mistakes and see how they have been blocking your manifesting and then jump right in to fix those too.
At the end of this 1 hour session, you can apply the correction and see what happens. You can take action, take a walk, take a nap, or meditate.
Remember: the speed of your manifesting is built on the quality of your manifesting formula.
We have to apply the knowledge we learn. By adding new habits throughout the day in the form of high quality intention sessions, we bring this power into our actual life experience.
Pro Tip: Get productive.
Use a timer and set it for an hour, and turn off all distractions. This puts your learning and applying in a focused, subconscious state. Once you set a timer, you can forget about time limitations and dive in, fully focused.

What Happens If You Keep Living In The Past?
You get out of sync, you feel discouraged, and the cycle continues. When you’re discouraged, it’s hard to remember the bigger picture of what you’re trying to achieve. Therefore, it’s hard to attract what you want into your life and to get to your bigger vision of a happy life.
