Evening-Gratitude-Ritual

Welcome to day seven, where you’ll learn about Manifesting Ritual #5, the final ritual.

This one is all about Evening Gratitude.

Despite the fact that you expressed gratitude in one of the morning rituals, it’s important to end your day with gratitude as well.

This is because beginning and ending each day with feelings of gratitude can lead to simply amazing things.

You will experience an influx of:

  • Money
  • Better health
  • Joy
  • Improved relationships

Evening Gratitude Ritual

Since we’ve already gone over gratitude exercises, this ritual should be the easiest to integrate into your life.

There is, however, a difference between your Morning Gratitude ritual and the Evening Gratitude ritual.

This key difference is what makes the ritual even more effective, and I will share it with you in just a moment.

Before I do, though, I would like to tell you just why it’s so important that you shy away from the opposite of evening gratitude at this point, which is letting everything cause you stress or make you feel as though you are lacking.

This negative opposite can even make you feel doubt and fear again, even if you have followed through with all of the other rituals today.

On occasion, you will notice that this negative opposite does show up. After all, we are all only human, it’s bound to.

However, it will show up less often as you go along with the rituals each day. Once you have gathered the tools that I have provided, you will begin to shift, and negative rituals will turn into the positive ones.

As long as you have made the commitment to transforming these rituals into good ones, then you are going to make a positive change in your life.

How to become aware of your thoughts…
Before going to sleep each night, think about what you accomplished that day. Don’t reflect upon how little you accomplished or what didn’t go according to your plan, as this is the opposite of Evening Gratitude. Instead, go over your Gratitude List that you created. This will give you the power to shift from a negative state to a positive, gratitude-filled state. After you’ve achieved this, then you can move on to the last ritual…

Evening Gratitude Ritual:
Do your Evening Gratitude session directly following Ritual 4, which is Review and Grow. In fact, go ahead and start this ritual, along with the last, tonight. You are only going to have to spend 5 minutes on this, and you should do it right before going to bed. If you want to get even more out of it, then fall asleep thinking about what you grateful for.

Now, I mentioned that there was a key difference between the Morning Gratitude and your Evening Gratitude, which is what makes the ritual even more effective and powerful.

Here it is…

How?
During your Evening Gratitude ritual, be on the lookout for things to be grateful for that may be new and/or different than usual.

This is different from your Morning Gratitude ritual, because in that session you were instructed to determine everything and anything that you are grateful for. This time though, I want you to come up with things that are completely new.

The 5 New things That You Are Grateful For:
Your evening session absolutely has to include at least 5 new things that you are grateful for. They can be events that happened during the day, or even something that you didn’t think of before on a previous day. They just have to be new. Though this may seem like a difficult task, there are always at least 5 new things to be grateful for in your life, even small things. Even small things have the power to give you the momentum you need to achieve what you desire in life.

Here are some examples of things you can be grateful for:

  • A new idea that came to you that day
  • Growth that you experienced
  • A kind deed that a stranger did for you that afternoon

Make sure that you write out at least 5 new gratitude items every night.

Here’s what to do next:
Remember to act in such a way that enables you get this into place in your life. Start doing what is required to attract what you desire, and to achieve the success that you want in your life.

Keep in mind that Gratitude is a habit, a way of thinking and perceiving life, that has the power to bring you ceaseless abundance and joy. But this is only the case if you are willing and able to tap your source of gratitude consistently and completely. When you truly feeling gratitude, you instantly become a magnet for high frequency energy and vibrations, which can help you to get whatever is is that you want.

Just imagine how much power you can gain by beginning and ending your day in this state gratitude! Imagine all of the things that you are attracting at this very moment!

Action step:
Put a note in your calendar for the next 30 days.

Choose a particular time to do the exercises in the morning.

Make sure that you have set aside 15 minutes to perform your most important exercises.

In the next chapter, you’ll find the Gratitude Amplifiers that I mentioned earlier in the book, which you can use to help you with your morning and evening gratitude sessions.
