Stop me if you’ve heard this before.
There are essentially 5 core reasons why you must align your personal core values with your business mission.
Why?
I hear a lot of business owners and freelancers complain about the quality of their clients.
All too often they seem to manifest those types of clients that make them cringe whenever they think of serving them.
Many people come to me and say, ” I don’t think the law of attraction works.
It’s just not working for my business!”
Too many people are struggling with customer retention, customer satisfaction, and their overall business growth simply because there’s a mismatch happening between them and their clients.
Growing a thriving business becomes super hard and strenuous if you follow this path of most resistance.
The fact is, creating a perfect connection with your customers and recognizing it at the moment it’s occurring, is possible. In fact, it should be one of your main goals.

Your core values
In order to accomplish this goal, you will need to lay the foundation for a more profitable, productive and perfect business environment. That’s where aligning your personal core values with your business mission comes into play.
Here’s the real truth…
Chasing after customers take a lot of energy and rarely ever produces satisfying results.
Chances are, you already know what I mean.
That notion of trying to get as many customers as you can to grow your business doesn’t really work. Have you noticed?
It’s based on a false business premise.
We are often advised to spend as much time as we can trying to get people’s attention and then do our best to convince them or psychologically manipulate them into buying what we have to offer.
This is not only exhausting, it’s also very unfulfilling because what ends up happening is, if you do eventually convince someone to buy what you have to offer, they may not be the right fit for you. And so you’ll find yourself doing things you hardly enjoy.
Ask most of the business owners and freelancers and I am certain you’ll hear lots of horror stories.
The solution to this is simple:
If you don’t want to grow a crumbling business where you have to keep compromising yourself, your profit margins and your sense of fulfillment, take the time to build your business on a solid foundation.
Nothing is more solid that getting in tune with your core values, intentions, and purpose.
Having a clear understanding of your personal core values and mission and aligning them with the mission of the business gives you clear guidance.
But it doesn’t just stop there.
Here we’ll take look at 5 reasons why you need to align your personal and business mission.
Reason One: The business world has changed
Business and work, in general, is about nourishing and encouraging our livelihood.
Times have changed.
The business world has changed.
Have you noticed?
Have you already changed?
The cutthroat approach to getting ahead and succeeding in life no longer works!
Those who are still using old leadership styles and sales techniques are quickly running out of steam as their profit machine quickly breaks down.
That is because the old paradigm in the business world no longer serves us.
It’s not about surviving or “getting” as much as you can from the client anymore. It’s also not about “fighting for a limited pie” as most of us were taught.
Business is taking on new meaning and those who are cashing in and turning their lives around are the people learning to quickly make their business about adding value to their client and the world in general.
The only way you can care enough to start adjusting your business so it can nourish you and others is if you step back from the old business paradigms and figure out what drives the business.
When you find what drives you, it won’t be too hard to power up your business with never ending fuel that eventually gives it the momentum it needs to succeed.
Reason Two: Being in sync with your purpose
The law of attraction works better when you are aligned with your business purpose and mission
You and your life are unlimited.
You are a magnet attracting to you by the natural law of attraction conditions, circumstances, people and opportunities that correspond to the magnetic frequency you send out.
When you are clear about your personal core values and your business mission, what kind of signal do you think you’ll emit?
Of course! A very steady, secure and positive transmission. Then the law of attraction will undoubtedly work to deliver a perfect match.
The same is true if you are confused, unclear, and double minded and not aligned with your business.
Your business will never outgrow the image you hold of yourself so if you want to build a really wonderful thriving business in a relatively short time, let the law of attraction quantum leap you into extraordinary success.
The only way to guarantee that it will deliver is if you are certain you’ve done your part well enough.
Reason Three: Vibrant businesses are more attractive
We live in a constantly vibrating universe. Everything is energy. That includes you and your business.
The vibrational state dominantly held by your business may not be something tangible to the physical senses but it can be felt and it can definitely be measured by the health of your bank statement each month as well as the number of happy customers you have.
Many freelancers and small business owners are completely ignorant of this truth.
My experience in business is proving to me that producing a good business with massive profits that gives me the lifestyle I love isn’t about acquiring as many customers as possible.
Rather it’s about acquiring the ideal customers for me that I can serve with excellence. Less is more can be a very good thing especially if you want to be a premium business serving premium clients.
Perhaps the number of customers you have now are way too many for you to serve them at that V.I.P level. But in order for you to serve with excellence, you will need to provide premium value and maintain a business that exudes high-level performance.
This might seem to be an abstract idea to you and if that’s the case then I encourage you to go through my free course on the law of attraction so you can understand better the underlying forces and laws in the universe that are at play in your life and business whether you realize it or not.
Reason Four: When You Believe In The Value Your Business Brings
When You Believe In yourself and the value your business brings to the marketplace, you’ll naturally attract more people who believe in what you’re doing
What you believe about who you are, your capacities, your ability to succeed and how deserving you feel of great success does affect your business.
The more you learn to believe in yourself and realize that you are the determining factor in the success or failure of your business, the easier it will be for you to be clear minded and make the right decisions.
If you believe in yourself and what you stand for, then you will naturally believe in your ideas and that makes it easier for you to find people who resonate and believe with your business. After all, business is just an idea. Make sure that idea is something you wholeheartedly believe in and that it falls in integrity with who you are and you’ll be an unstoppable force.
Reason Five: You will experience increased confidence and clarity on your perfect match and the kind of people you deserve to serve
Too many of us are getting into the entrepreneurship journey with the wrong mindset.
Let me ask you…
Have you ever met someone you absolutely wanted to be in a relationship with only to mess it up and drive them away because you became too insecure and came off as being “desperate” in some way?
Or maybe you just tried too hard and that just turned them off!
The same could easily happen to you in the business world. If you are not constantly working on your mindset and increasing your self-confidence and level of clarity, it’s going to be tough to consistently attract only the best customers into your business.
Why? Because no one wants to do business with someone who has low self-esteem.
Everyone backs away when they feel as though you want to “get” something from them or that you are desperate in some way.
Conclusion
Remember, business is about people.
It’s about building relationships and you can’t be good at building profitable relationships if you have no real confidence.
The best way to authentically be confident and clear about what you deserve is to align your personal core values with the business mission. This will help you not only know “why” you are in business, it will also help you recognize those “red flags” whenever you come across a client that just isn’t right for you.
Remember, you don’t want to serve everyone. You want to serve those clients who love you and what you do for them. The clients who pay you well and appreciate you.
Our marketplace is evolving and it should be used to your advantage. Doing business now and in the future will only get better when you stop seeing business in the old paradigm and start laying a new foundation that makes it possible for you to enjoy both your personal and professional life.
The law of attraction is definitely going to do the heavy lifting for you by synchronistically connecting you with everyone and everything that you need to meet that objective, but how clear are you on the direction of your business and the mission behind it?
